Covid Safety Policy:

The safety of our patrons and staff is of the utmost importance. We kindly ask that anyone who is not feeling well, has fever, or exhibited any signs of Covid-19 to stay home. As our festival is outdoors, there are no mask requirements. That said, we advise all attendees to deploy best practices in regard to general hygiene such as distancing and regular handwashing.

 

 

What is your bag policy?

NO Backpacks, large purses, or bags allowed EXCEPT for:
YES Small Clutch bags (5.5” x 4.5”)
YES Fanny Packs/Waist Packs (5.5” x 4.5”)
YES One Gallon Clear Zip-Top bag
YES Drawstring or Clear backpacks with one additional pocket
YES Hydration packs with one additional pocket i.e. CamelBaks (bladder must be empty upon entry)

What can I bring?

Allowed Items:

  • Reusable Water Bottle or Camelbak (must be empty and searched upon entry)
  • Sunscreen (non-aerosol)
  • Blankets
  • Umbrellas (small hand-held style)
  • Baby Strollers
  • Binoculars
  • Earplugs
  • Electronic Cigarettes/ Vapes / Juices
  • Posters/Signs/Flags (no poles)
  • Ponchos
  • Instant Film Cameras
  • Disposable/Pocket-sized cameras (no DSLRs)
  • Handheld battery packs to stay charged

Prohibited Items

  • Bad Attitudes (Positive vibes only!)
  • Weapons, items that could be used as a weapon, or harmful objects of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, etc)
  • Backpacks greater than 17″h x 13″w x 8.5″d
  • Illegal substances (including drugs and drug paraphernalia)
  • Selfie sticks
  • Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)
  • Glass containers
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or personal motorized vehicles
  • Large chains or spiked jewelry
  • Fireworks or explosives of any kind
  • Coolers
  • Wagons, tents or large umbrellas
  • Audio or video recording equipment
  • Professional still cameras or equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
  • Unauthorized vending/soliciting materials (promotional stickers, flyers, commodities, etc)
  • Aerosol or compressed cans containers (including sunscreen)
  • Laser Pointers
  • Remote Controlled Vehicles (UAS)

ALL BAGS AND PERSONS CAN BE SEARCHED. ANY PROHIBITED ITEM THAT IS SURRENDERED TO SECURITY AT SEARCH POINTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED. TACOS TEQUILA & MUSIC FESTIVAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION ON ALLOWED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS WITHOUT NOTICE.

What time does the festival start?

The Woodlands – Town Green Park 2099 Lake Robbins Dr (MAP) pickup/dropoff will start at 11:00AM on Saturday, May 1st. Festival gates open at 12:00pm. The event concludes as 10:00pm.  

Conroe – Heritage Place Amphitheater 500 Collins St Conroe TX  (MAP) parking lots and pickup/dropoff will open at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 5th. Festival gates open at 12:00pm. The event concludes as 10:00pm.  

Will I be Searched?

To ensure the safety of our Tacos Tequila & Music family, all vehicles, persons and property are subject to search at all times. Failure to consent to a search will result in denial of entry or ejection from the event.

Please plan ahead for enhanced security screening by arriving early during peak hours and help do you part to expedite the entry process by reviewing our prohibited items list, packing light, and leaving your bags at home to take advantage of our express no-bag lines.

What Forms of Identification are acceptable to drink alcohol?

  • State Issued Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • Uniformed Services ID Card
  • Foreign Driver’s License
  • Expired Driver’s License + State-Issued Temporary [Paper]

Identification will not be required for entry through security checkpoints.

Can I bring my medications?

Yes, medications are allowed into the festival as long as they comply with the following:

No over-the-counter medication is permitted unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging.

No vitamins or supplements of any kind are permitted.

Prescription Medication can only be brought into the festival ground with the following:

  • A valid photo id (See list of acceptable forms of identification)
  • Medication must be in original prescription bottle, in-date, legible, with name corresponding to photo ID
  • Only one type of medication per bottle (matching the description printed on bottle)
  • Any prescription controlled substances may only be brought in quantities reasonable for your time at the festival.

Will there be medical personnel on site?

We will have medical staff on site for the duration of Tacos Tequila & Music. Upon arrival, please take note of the location of our clearly-marked medical tent should you need to stop by throughout the day. If you need medical assistance, contact the nearest security official, staff member, ambassador, or medical staff, or go to the on-site medical tent. If you’re not sure whether it’s an emergency or not, assume it is and get help immediately. All of our safety and medical staff are here to help you enjoy the festival and make it home safely – no judgements.

What about security?

Your health, safety and security are always our top priority. Tacos Tequila & Music’s Public Safety team is working closely with the the City of Conroe and The Woodlands, as well as our local, regional and federal law enforcement and public safety agency partners to raise our preparedness and ensure a safe, secure, and positive environment is provided for all attendees, artists, and staff.

Should you need any assistance during your time with us, please proceed to the nearest medical tent or seek nearby uniformed event staff. All of our safety and medical staff are here to help you enjoy the festival and make it home safely – no judgements.

What about people with disabilities?

We want to make sure that all music lovers have access to the Tacos Tequila & Music experience. The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible and ADA bathrooms are provided. Should you have any questions, or requests for accommodations, please contact admin@inspireprod.com.

Will there be a lost and found?

Lost and Found will be located at the main entrance/box office and will be operational throughout the duration of the event. Lost and Found inquiries after the conclusion of the event can be directed to admin@inspireprod.com.

Will there be parking? How much does it cost?

Yes, parking will be available all around Town Green Park as well as Heritage Place Amphitheater. Most parking in The Woodlands and Conroe are free but there is a possibility of surrounding neighbors charging to park.

Will credit cards be accepted at bars, merch and food booths?

Yes, all vendors will be equipped to accept cards.

Will there be ATMs available?

Yes, multiple ATMs locations will be available.

Is Tacos Tequila & Music Outdoors?

Yes! Tacos Tequila & Music will have stages, vendors, and entertainment all outdoors. Please plan accordingly!

What happens if it rains?

Tacos Tequila & Music is a rain or shine event. That said, your safety is our top priority. Should inclement weather which poses a risk to your health and safety force the cancellation of programing or evacuation of the outdoor portions of the festival grounds, no refunds will be issued. Texas weather can be unpredictable, so please keep an eye on the forecast, plan accordingly, and always listen for announcements from the Tacos Tequila & Music team.

  • NO RE-ENTRY!
  • ALL VEHICLES, PERSONS, AND PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH AT ALL TIMES. FAILURE TO CONSENT TO SEARCH WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF ENTRY OR EJECTION FROM EVENT;
  • DRUG USE OR POSSESSION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
  • INTOXICATED PATRONS WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY / ASKED TO LEAVE
  • UNDERAGE DRINKING/DELIVERY TO MINORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON ANY FESTIVAL PROPERTY, INCLUDING PARKING LOTS
  • STROBE LIGHTS WILL BE IN USE
  • NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDING/SOLICITATIONS
  • NO CROWD SURFING, MOSHING, OR STAGE DIVING
  • GOOD VIBES ONLY – NO BAD ATTITUDES WILL BE TOLERATED!
  • EVENT ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT, WITHOUT REFUND OF ANY AMOUNT PAID, TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO, OR EJECT ANY PERSONS, INCLUDING THOSE WHO CONDUCT IS DEEMED DISORDERLY, DISRUPTIVE, ABUSIVE OR WHO OTHERWISE FAILS TO COMPLY RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS OF UNIFORMED EVENT STAFF.
  • BY ENTERING THE EVENT, YOU CONSENT TO BEING PHOTOGRAPHED AND FOR YOUR LIKENESS TO BE USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES WITHOUT COMPENSATION
